General Writers' Guidelines Submission Information and Rules

1. Listings are sorted alphabetically
2. Only the official title of the publication or website may be used as the link title.
3. Do not include phrases like "writers' guidelines" in the link title... ONLY the publication's name please.
4. Only direct links to writers' guideline pages will be accepted. Links to homepages will be rejected. If a publication doesn't make their writers' guidelines available online, they cannot currently be included in this resource.
5. Guidelines may be added to more than one category when appropriate - multiple category listings must be submitted separately, and the site administrator reserves the right to include any publication or link in any category.
6. Write good quality descriptions. Submissions that contain spelling or grammatical errors may be denied. The site administrator reserves the right to edit any description as they see fit. Please include keywords, including niche information when appropriate, so niche markets can be found via the directory's search function.
7. Do not submit links to affiliate programs or websites that only contain affiliate links.
8. Do not submit links to pornographic sites or websites that have links or banners that lead to pornographic websites.
9. Do not submit sites that are under construction.
10. Do not submit link redirect pages such as "welcome.to" or "come.to". These redirect sites are very busy and frequently fail to complete the link causing an overwhelming number of reports of "Broken Links" for sites that are properly functioning. Submit the direct link to your website only to ensure the best web surfing experience for visitors.
11. Submit titles and descriptions in English only.
12. Use proper case for significant words in titles. Capitalize the first letter of each sentence in descriptions, as well as proper nouns. Submissions that contain fields in all UPPER CASE all lower case will not be accepted.
13. Top-level category submissions require featured listings. For free listings, please find the most appropriate subcategory.
14. Do not include URLs in the description fild (e.g. www.mysite.com).
